She has been in the space of improving clients’ businesses since 2003, after completing a master’s degree program in education, with concentration in Business Improvement, Performance and Change Management from Colorado State University, Colorado. USA. She holds multiple certifications in performance dynamics (HPT and CPT), and transformational mindset facilitation programs. She is a certified mindset coach. She helps companies achieve growth objectives by utilizing workplace culture, employee engagement cleverness, and performance management system as a catalyst to drive sustainable business results. This is achieved through her unique methodology: connecting the work, the worker and culture to excel performance beyond limitations.
